Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have a question or concern about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kora Barefoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

· In its original packaging with all accessories included.
· Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defective products.

Items not eligible for return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

· Products that have been used, damaged or improperly handled.
· Requests made outside the stated return period.
· Products returned without prior notice.
